Data used in the pilot
The hosting and security services may process basic technical information required to deliver and protect the website. The restricted owner workflow may contain business contact details and verification records supplied for controlled testing.
Future account information
Before account onboarding launches, TulaSetu will provide clear notice and consent where required for business contacts, authorized-person information, licence and tax documents, bank-verification evidence, orders, delivery evidence, account activity and security logs.
Purpose and sharing
Information will be limited to verification, role-based access, transactions, reporting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Verification documents will not become public marketplace content. Access will be limited to necessary participants, service providers, advisers and authorities where lawfully required.
Security and retention
Planned controls include restricted administration, encrypted transport, protected document storage, audit logging, backups and defined retention. No online service can guarantee that hacking is impossible; TulaSetu will maintain proportionate safeguards and an incident-response process.
Requests and grievance contact
Access, correction, erasure and grievance procedures, together with official contact details and retention periods, will be published before public account registration begins.
