Platform Terms

PUBLIC PILOT • NO COMMERCIAL ORDERS YET

Published: 26 August 2026. These terms describe the present TulaSetu discovery pilot. Ordering, payments, transport booking and credit are not yet available. Additional transaction terms will apply before those services launch.

Business eligibility

Participation in the future marketplace will be limited to verified businesses and authorized representatives. TulaSetu may require applicable business registration, FSSAI licence or registration, GSTIN, PAN, bank verification and authorization evidence before activation.

Food-business compliance

Food sellers must maintain all licences required for their activities and provide accurate product, quality, price, tax and availability information. A seller will not be activated for food transactions without verification and display of its valid FSSAI licence or registration where required.

Neutral comparison and fees

Organic results are intended to use disclosed factors including landed price, specification fit, availability, delivery reliability and verified-order ratings. Sponsored content must be identified. The intended initial platform fee will be disclosed before confirmation and capped at 5%, with no hidden platform charge.

Orders and disputes

Future buyers and sellers will remain responsible for agreed specifications, lawful invoicing, taxes, food safety and delivery evidence. Detailed cancellation, refund, rejection, shortage, quality-inspection and grievance rules will be published before transactions are enabled.

Misuse and enforcement

TulaSetu may restrict or suspend access after recorded review for fraud, misrepresentation, unsafe products or misuse. Suspected offences may be reported to competent authorities. TulaSetu will not publish unproven accusations or use social media to shame a person or business.

Payments, credit and transport

Payments will use an authorized payment provider and TulaSetu will not store card credentials. Credit or financing will launch only through an appropriate regulated structure. Transport participants will remain responsible for applicable permits, insurance and safe handling.

Contact and governing details

The legal entity name, registered address, grievance officer, customer-care details, governing law and dispute-resolution process must be displayed before commercial ordering is activated.
